What is First Voice?

It is "participatory action research." More than a focus group, it drives action. Are other organizations sending loans to you because you have shared goals to help people? They will after this meeting. 


Non-profits need credit unions. They just don't know it. Getting them to the "ah-ha" isn't telling them. It's helping them to see it for themselves.


First Voice event is hosted by your credit union, facilitated by CU Strategic Planning.


Part 1: Community leaders, non-profit directors, social service agencies and local foundations share their missions and challenges. Through this sharing, a dialogue opens about the credit union's ability to help. In fact, the credit union's products and services are the solution.


Part 2: The non-profits' clients share their stories and struggles. We discover how to enhance your products to work with the clients of the non-profit and how the non-profit can mitigate your risk.
