Business Development Administrator

Our Business Development Administrator serves an important and trusted role of ensuring new and existing clients receive the best service during contracting, and that contracts and Salesforce records are maintained with accuracy. The right candidate will be able to manage scheduling across time zones, prepare documents including basic financial spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Our new staffer will be a self-starter, organized, dependable, diplomatic and professional.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced experience using Salesforce.

  • Past experience supporting a sales team or business development executive(s).

  • Advanced skills in contemporary software products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the exercise of diplomacy and tact in working with clients.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize a constantly changing workflow.

  • A strong desire to enjoy work and contribute to a fun and diverse culture of inclusion.

  • Credit union experience is highly desirable.

Administrative Support Assistant 

 

Are you able to wrangle errant executives with your superb administrative skills? Does your expertise include soothing clients, juggling appointments and exacting attention to detail all while patiently working with rogue managerial staff? Does your inquisitive mind cause you wake up in the middle of the night and think “I should Google that right now!”?
Would you like to work at a Tacoma-based, small company that works with non-profit financial institutions across the country inventing poverty-reduction programs?

 

CU Strategic Planning is the premiere consulting firm working with credit unions dedicated to serving low-income consumers. Our Administrative Support Assistant plays a lynchpin role in the organization! S/he keeps the gears of progress moving smoothly by coordinating meetings with clients, organizing mountains of data and helping us wrangle all that data into something understandable.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in contemporary software products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Organized, professional and dependable.

  • Comfortable with level one technical support on office equipment and systems.

  • Skill with Access and SalesForce preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the exercise of diplomacy and tact in working with clients.

  • Must demonstrate attention to detail.

  • Must be able to prioritize constantly changing workflow.

  • Must be a self-starter able to work without close supervision.

  • Must have a good sense of humor and fit in with our team of miracle makers.

  • Credit union experience a plus!

 

Compensation:

CU Strategic Planning offers a flexible benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, vacation and personal days, a 401(k) retirement plan, and the benefits of working in a very casual office environment. This position is compensated at a rate of $18-20/hour and is eligible for overtime pay.
