Our process is effective because it helps boards and staff to responsibly identify the credit union’s highest potential. Strategic planning based on the International Operating Principles includes a traditional SWOT analysis – with a special credit union twist to discover new opportunities. We understand that each credit union has a different background and needs. Therefore, before every strategic planning session we do an environmental scan, review the 5300 report with the CEO and work with credit union executives to understand the board's needs.

Executing The Plan

We produce the business plan you need for your credit union and regulator. Additionally, you can choose to receive a project plan, timeline and CU Strategic Planning project manager to help your credit union successfully achieve the goals established by your board.
